Fire Department Visit

On Tuesday, April 26^th, Carter and I received a special treat!  Our friends, Rich & Marni, invited us up to the fire department where Rich works. Carter got to have his own private little tour around the fire department and on the fire trucks. Thanks to Rich, Carter also enjoyed a ride on Ladder 51…with horns & sirens included. We had a great time and can’t wait to go back! A special thanks to our friends, Rich & Marni Anderson, and all the A-shift firefighters at SAFD station #47.

Easter Egg Hunt

Well, I'm only a couple of weeks behind on this blog - better late than never though, right? On the Saturday morning before Easter, our church (Concordia Lutheran) had their Annual Easter Egg Hunt and this year Carter was old enough to participate! We had so much fun watching Carter and all the kids scramble for the eggs. Carter filled his Easter basket in a matter of seconds...what a joy to see his excitement!
